Jala Neti is an ancient yogic practice, where you cleanse your nasal passages with salt water. This allows for better breathing and more air to actually reach your lungs.

Before I tried this practice I never knew what does it really mean to breathe. Only after I realized that what I have been doing until now was not real breathing, just getting by.

My allergies stopped and although all my family members got colds and flu around me I was the only unaffected.

This practice relieves a list of ailments and it's fairly simple. Takes about 10 minutes each morning with preparing the salt water and practice itself.
